Job description
The task
The main tasks include the analysis of failed parts in production and the initiation of process and product optimizations.
Your tasks will also include:
- Analyzing and processing customer complaints
- Measuring components using optical 3D measurement technology
- Analyzing quality problems on individual parts or assemblies
- Creation of failure statistics and corresponding derivation of corrective measures
- Monitoring the maintenance and calibration cycles of the test equipment (test equipment management)
The requirements
You have a commercial/technical education. You have already gained initial experience or you have a passion for quality assurance.
You also have the following qualities:
- Great quality awareness
- Analytical skills
- Independent and autonomous way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- English language skills (desirable)
